Seeing a growing skills gap in Australia’s employment market, Nick recognised a clear pattern: opportunities were increasing, but many students especially from India were not job-ready due to the lack of the right platform and practical guidance. This insight led to the expansion of NextGen’s training institute in India, built to prepare students with industry-aligned, job-ready skills and support them in accessing global opportunities.
